Villa Balboa also includes a private oceanfront one bedroom suite with full kitchen & separate entrance.

Full chef service is provided for dinner for up to 16 guests per 6 hour event including shopping, meal preperation, service and clean up. Extra hours will be billed at 50 dollars an hour. A service fee of 25 dollars is charged for each additional guest above 16 guests. The rate does not include the food cost. A deposit of 500 dollars is requested for food upon arrival.

Villa Balboa accepts babies under 10 months old, or children over 8 with supervision.
