Offering the maximum flexibility in accommodations, our two spacious guest floors each contain two master suites. One master suite accommodating a king size bed and the other master suite accommodating two queen size beds. Our suites are elegantly appointed and air conditioned for your comfort.

There is also a complete LifeFitness gym for your daily workout schedule. The villa is outfitted with the latest electronic requirements. Villa Bahia also offers, complementary Vonage telephone service, 8 person elevator, in house water purification system, state of the art surveillance equipment, in room safes, 38′ salt water heated pool infinity pool, six person spa, indoor and outdoor dining with unparalleled views of the Bay of Bandaras.

For those culinary buffs, Villa Bahia is fully equipped with a professional chef’s kitchen, featuring state of the art appliances and accouterments. If grilling is your pleasure, there is also a fully outfitted outdoor kitchen with a full bar area. This area includes an ice machine, deluxe speed rail bar service and refrigeration for ease of outdoor entertaining.

Our full time staff, Mike, Areil, Rosie and and Yaddi are at your service to provide Margarita’s poolside or to prepare that special meal. And not to be forgotten is our exemplary concierge team that has incomparable knowledge of the pulse of Puerto Vallarta. We have exclusive access to the very best of aquatic adventures, scenic and educational day trips or the most sought after tables at the hottest restaurants and clubs. • We have 5 air-conditioned suites, with their own bathroom and views of the bay. The 5th bedroom does not have a terrace but still has amazing views.
• We do not have a gym anymore; we turned the gym into the 5th bedroom.
• Available as a 4 (8 guests) or a 5 (10 guests) bedroom villa. Additional guests have a cost of $100 USD per day.
• Our wonderful staff of 4-5 (depending on the number of guests) work 7 days a week when we have a rental.
• We offer 2 meal services a day, plus a small snack, daily but the cost of food and refreshments is not included. The prestocking/stocking of the villa is done by us, charging a small fee of 15% for shopping and transportation services.
• Gratuities for the staff are not included; it’s recommended to leave 10%-12% of the total cost as tip, but it’s not mandatory to leave this amount.
