This brand new property was designed by renowned architects, Max Living, and constructed using repurposed, local or sustainable materials including recycled shipping containers for the bedroom pods and 40ft heated, natural swimming pool.

Nemi is located in the neighborhood of Amapas, about 3 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and all the fantastic restaurants, shopping and nightlife that this city has to offer. Designed to embrace the natural flow of the property, the villa is spread out along 4 tiers ensuring incredible ocean and jungle views from every level.

All 6 bedroom pods are constructed from repurposed shipping containers, have incredible interior decor, run on solar power, have gravity fed indoor or outdoor showers, large terraces with ocean views, flat screen tvs, wifi, ice-based air conditioners and each come with their own private dipping pool.

The 40 ft pool is also constucted from a repurposed shipping container and is all-natural with no chemicals or salt which can be harmful to the skin and the environment. The pool uses a natural eco system of plant life along with sand filters and UV pumps to create a safe, holistic swimming experience.

The main level of Nemi is centered around the pool and its large deck with outdoor bar and surround sound Bose speakers…perfect for group gatherings. There is also a “Great Room” complete with an ocean concept kitchen, dining room and living room, a grass yard with a wood burning grill and a spa room with luxurious rain and body spray shower.

Nemi Eco Villa is fully staffed with daily (except Sundays) housekeeping, houseman, security guard and chef, who provides gourmet breakfast and afternoon happy hour snacks. The chef is also available to go grocery shopping for any addtional food and beverage that you would like to have stocked in the villa (the cost of food and beverage is not included in the rate).
