Casa Canta Rana

The beutifull gated villa is located on approximately one acre of ocean front landscaped tropical gardens. It is located 30 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and very close to the new Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts at Punta de Mita. The villa is in a private gated community with 24 hr. security. Casa Canta Rana is a new contemporary Mexican beach villa on a bluff overlooking the north shore of the Bay of Banderas. It blends the best of modern conveniences with accents of traditional Mexico. There is a private beach with access from the villa to miles of beach, great swimming, snorkeling and surfing in front of the villa. There is a completely private Palapa with built in furniture and phone on the way to the beach. Casa Canta Rana has a 40′ free-form heated pool between the ocean and the house. It is surrounded by stone patios and shaded areas with furniture and a wet bar. The pool and Jacuzzi are both tiled with Italian glass tiles and overlook the coastline. The villa has a very open floor plan but all rooms can be closed with sliding glass walls and are individually air conditioned. All rooms have unobstructed views to the Bay and Puerto Vallarta and the Marietta Islands. Casa Canta Rana is located near the entrance of the bay so that it is protected but still enjoys the feel of the open Pacific Ocean. The villa consists of three suites and one private casita, all of which have private outside terraces and marble baths. Two suites have an indoor and outdoor shower with private sunning areas. The suites on the second floor share a Palapa with a built in sofa. The ground floor suite has direct access to the gardens and pool. The Casita consits of a large bedroom, wet bar, marble bath with indoor and outdoor showers. There is also a deck and lush gardens surrounding the casita. The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters and mahogany cabinetry. All appliances that you would expect are available. The kitchen will seat six and the outdoor dinning palapa will seat eight to ten. There is state of the art water purification and all tap water is potable. There are separate quarters with a bedroom, kitchen and bath for those traveling with their own staff. Airport transfers, additional staff, liquor and food provisions can be provided upon request at additional cost. The villa includes a bilingual staff of three Monday thru Saturday. The services of a cook for breakfast and lunch are included. Food, beverage and preparation of an evening meal are additional. Sunday staff is available at additional cost. Rates inlcude heating the pool 4 hours / day. Additional heating is available at actual cost.
