Set in a charming, private enclave of only 14 homes in the serenity of the Amapas hills above «Old Town» Puerto Vallarta, our delightful villa offers enviable views out over Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta Town. It’s set far away from the noise of the big hotels and resorts, yet still close to everything from romantic restaurants and cafes to funky shops and markets. Oh, and we don’t want to forget that it’s only a short distance from Los Muertos Beach, the most popular white-sand beach in the area, with its full array of restaurants and beach services.

Villa is partially furnished and complemented by restful accent wall colors and the cool luxury of marble tile floors throughout. A fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops awaits you on those evenings when you want to prepare a relaxing meal for al fresco dining next to the semi-private pool right outside the villa. Or perhaps you’d prefer to take a romantic moonlit dip in one of the large, communal double-infinity pool!

Afterwards, retire to one of the two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling marble tile. The third bedroom/den, which has a comfortable pull-out couch, also boasts an ensuite bathroom.

This villa has its own, private garage. However, if you’d prefer to take a taxi for the short trip into town, expect to pay about $4-5. Maid service is available for an additional fee on a daily or weekly basis. For additional convenience, we provide a car rental allowance of $150 for villa rentals of 7 nights or more.
