The 4 bedroom 5 bathroom very private home with own pool is located in the one of the exclusive gated communities in Puerto Vallarta. Built with a traditional Hacienda feel, but is a new home. Access to the private, sandy swimming beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. It is a 15 minute drive or bus ride to Old Town, so you can enjoy the jungle, the beach and the town all easily.
