The villa offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with commercial range and limestone counters. All bathrooms feature handmade ceramic tiles and Mexican marble. Floors and patios are tiled with handmade pavers. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning and large bath.

Mixing tropical brights with native tile and stonework, this lovely villa contains huge covered terraces and a fabulous pool and entertainment area. The property has a magnificant upper sundeck complete with a palapa-covered wet bar with a panoramic view of the entire bay.
Located just a few minutes South of town, overlooking the beautiful Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay, this villa is the perfect setting for groups – a business retreat, a family reunion, or a wedding.
The beautiful, private master suite encompasses an entire floor with it’s own separate outdoor Jacuzzi, media room and private 100 foot terrace. The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites with kitchenettes. Six of the rooms have king beds, 3 have twins and last has a full. Seven of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Only 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, Casa Karma is a beautiful oceanfront villa in lower Conchas Chinas. The spacious rooms and large pool make it ideal for large groups.Casa Karma is a 4 level villa with an elevator that descends down to the pool and living room on the beach level. The spectacular views from the living room and terrace offer a wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset. The indoor pond adds to the tropical ambiance and relaxed feel of the house.

Right in front of the living room is a lovely terrace with a beautiful heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, wet bar and private sandy sunning area. There is also a private, gated staircase leading down to the beach and bay below.

Casa Marilu III is a spectacular 5,000 square foot contemporary Mediterranean style villa. Villa McFuego is one of the most luxurious ocean side villas on the Mexican Riviera. It is located just two miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in lower Conchas Chinas. Guests enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the Bay of Banderas.
This professionally decorated Mexican style villa has many exceptional pieces of Mexican art throughout. The living room has a grand fireplace and opens to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea… a perfect place for entertaining. The dining room also opens to an ocean view furnished terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is set under a twenty-six foot domed ceiling.
There are three bedrooms on the lower level, all opening onto the terrace. Each is air-conditioned with en-suite bath. The master suite has a fireplace. The terraces are well furnished, and offer a palapa bar and heated swimming pool. The villa includes the service of a chef to prepare two meals a day, daily maid service, a gardener and a general manager who speaks English. All staff is off on Sunday unless other arrangements are made.
