This corner unit is on the ninth floor (Penthouse level) of the building. It has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very roomy with a table and 4 chairs to relax outside. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The living room and master bedroom have balcony access with the same spectacular views. Mild breezes flow through the condo which keeps it very comfortable. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms, but is rarely needed.
This condo is in the heart of “Old Town” Puerto Vallarta. You are within walking distance of the best shopping, restaurants, and beaches. A car rental service is just outside the condo should you want to venture out. Taxi’s are also readily available. Booking for boat tours , snorkeling, fishing, parasailing and more is available on the beach and throughout “Old Town” Puerto Vallarta. A beautiful swimming pool is located on the roof of the building. The beach area in front of the condo is very relaxing with beach chairs under “palapas” (Umbrella’s made out of palm branches). A beach front restaurant in the Condominium will provide food and drink service on the beach. The food is excellent and the service is great!!
