The villa has a total of 10 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites with kitchenettes. Six of the rooms have king beds, 3 have twins and last has a full. Seven of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The main house has 7 bedrooms with 8 1/2 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms have kingsize beds and two bedrooms have sets of twins
The lower casita is "two levels" with one bathroom. There are a set of twin beds on both upper and lower levels. These beds can be made into kings if needed
