Lauriane Barnier is from the South of France. During her early journeys in Costa Blanca, Spain, she developed an inexplicable interest in the Hispanic culture. Because of her passion for international relations, she chose to study Foreign Languages applied to Business at the University of Perpignan, France and went on an exchange program in Canada at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario. Once graduated, she decided to go back to Canada and take a postgraduate in International Business Management at Niagara College, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

She then worked at Ipsos in Toronto as a Trilingual Panel Coordinator, followed by Abertis in Barcelona as an Investor Relations Assistant, both renowned multinational companies where she acquired valuable experience in management and administration, not to mention a conduct of professionalism.

In Puerto Vallarta since 2006, she fast learnt her way in the city and worked as a Rental Manager for a recognized Real Estate agency in the Romantic Zone. She is much appreciated for her hard work by both owners and renters, for which she has been highly recommended.

Ernesto Flores is a native from Puerto Vallarta, which makes him special in the real estate business as he has a clear understanding of the spread and background of the Puerto Vallarta bay, known as Banderas Bay. His professional network is long-acquired and his easiness in communicating with local people is extremely valuable.

When he was only 19, he created his first business related to serve the visitors. Then, he decided to go abroad and lived in Toronto for six years where he graduated in Business Administration from the CDI College and performed his management skills working in the restaurant business in Canada and Spain.

Before going back to his hometown, he already had been training at Sutton Group of Canada and expressed a great desire to commit in the Real Estate business. Once in PV, he worked for a renowned real estate agency, for which he created the Rental and Property Management department he was in charge of. He then became a sales agent and was certified by AMPI at the time. He gained credibility on Puerto Vallarta’s rental market and made himself a name within Puerto Vallarta’s Real Estate Business.
